海外からの留学生受け入れ

当センターでは、長期、短期にかかわらず、海外、特にアジアの発展途上国から留学生を受け入れています。最近、受け入れた留学生は以下の通りです。

医師紹介

Dr. Iman Firmansyah

Name: Iman Firmansyah, MD
Position tittle: Head of Medical Rehabilitation, National Narcotic Board

Dr. Iman Firmansyah graduated from the medical faculty of the University of Indonesia. She became a psychiatrist specialist in 2013. He became an administrator association of psychiatrists in DKI Jakarta and the central committee of the Indonesian association of psychiatrists. He specializes in addiction psychiatry, with a particular focus on behavioral addiction. This time he was in law school and will be a lawyer. He was responsible for developing a module in addiction for the rehabilitation center. In addition, Dr. Iman is developing drug addiction rehabilitation center for adolescent , dual disorder, and disability in National Narcotic Board, Indonesian. Several addiction research projects have been conducted since 2012, including ones on Heroin, Kotinin and Brain mapping for drug addiction. He is interested in neurocognitive function, adherence of treatment, genetics, and neuroimaging among behavioral addiction patients. Currently, Dr. Iman is developing both an Indonesian questionnaire for teenagers with drug addiction and create a website specifically for mental disorders and problems of dependence or addiction. For example substances, alcohol, internet, gambling and others. We called “rumah iman” or a house of faith (www.rumahiman.com). Dr. Iman contributes actively to addiction policy making in Indonesia and he tries to improve collaboration and networking and with addiction centers around the world.

Dr. Eva Suryani

Name: Eva Suryani, MD
Position title: Staff Psychiatric Department, School of Medicine Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia

Eva Suryani graduated from the School of Medicine Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia (AJCUI) in 2004. She took a psychiatry specialist from Department of Psychiatry University of Indonesia and graduated in 2011. She became a lecturer in the department of psychiatry, within the school of medicine of AJCUI since 2010, a position she continues to hold. Eva Suryani has a deep interesting in addiction. She was steeped in addiction medicine. In line with it, in 2012 she attended trainings in Nijmegen Institute for Scientist-Practitioners in Addiction (NISPA), Radboud University Medical Center Nijmegen. Since 2015, she was a head of addiction medicine block which is the only one block in Indonesia. In the future, she will focus on addiction psychiatry, especially behavioral addiction.

Kristiana Siste Kurniasanti

Position tittle: Head of Addiction Division, Department of Psychiatry, Medical Faculty, University of Indonesia/Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, Jakarta, Indonesia

Dr. Kristiana Siste graduated from the medical faculty of the University of Indonesia. She became an addiction psychiatrist subspecialist in 2013. She became a lecturer in the department of psychiatry, within the medical faculty of the University of Indonesia in 2009, a position she continues to hold. She specializes in addiction psychiatry, with a particular focus on behavioral addiction. She was responsible for developing a module in addiction for the university, which was used for undergraduate and trainee programs. In addition, Dr. Siste is developing one-stop services for patients with alcohol and behavioral addiction in Cipto Mangunkusomo Hospital, Jakarta. Several addiction research projects have been conducted since 2008, including ones on cannabis, HIV/AIDS and Internet addiction. She is interested in neurocognitive function, adherence of treatment, genetics, and neuroimaging among behavioral addiction patients. Currently, Dr. Siste is developing both an Indonesian questionnaire for teenagers with Internet addiction and a national survey for teenagers with Internet addiction in Indonesia. She has been granted a scholarship to fund travel and addiction training in Japan, Adelaide and Netherlands. In 2014, she received a travel award for International Society Addiction Medicine (ISAM) for her research into addiction. Dr. Siste contributes actively to addiction policy making in Indonesia and she tries to improve collaboration and networking and with addiction centers around the world. In the future, she plans to develop a postgraduate program for addiction psychiatry in Indonesia in light of the fact that there are just 20 addiction psychiatrists in Indonesia currently.

Dr. Tribowo Ginting

Name: Tribowo Tuahta Ginting, MD
Position tittle: Head of Medical Check Up Unit, Persahabatan General Hospital, Jakarta Staff of Psychiatric Unit, Persahabatan General Hospital

Dr. Tribowo Ginting graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia. He became an addiction psychiatrist subspecialist in 2014. He became a government employee since 2008, in Persahabatan Hospital as a staff of Psychiatric Unit. Since 2013, he has headed a Medical check Up Unit in Persahabatan Hospital. Besides his work as psychiatrist, He also teaches as guest lecturer in Psychiatric Department University of Indonesia and Pembangunan Nasional University. In field of Addiction Psychiatry, he is interested in nicotine or tobacco addiction and wanted to develop his knowledge in Alcohol and Internet addiction. He and a few medical staff, develop a smoking cessation clinic in Persahabatan Hospital, and create working collaboration with Ministry of Health to built module and clinical guidelines in smoking cessation counseling, which was used for primary health care provider and also for teacher. He is also a trainer for TOT counseling program for primary health care staff, providers and teacher. Several research projects have been conducted since 2009, including on tobacco cessation. He is interested in biology, treatment, education, and built program in addiction field. In the future, he plans to develop treatment program for addiction which can be used for primary health care provider and also spread knowledge in the field of addiction psychiatry to trainee, student, and health care providers.

Dr. Satti Raja Sitanggang

Name: Satti Raja SITANGGANG, MD
Position tittle: Psychiatrist at Pambalah Batung General Hospital, Amuntai, South Kalimantan, Indonesia

Dr. Satti Raja Sitanggang is a psychiatrist who works in a remote area in South Kalimantan. He graduated from medical faculty of North Sumatra University in 2003. He completed psychiatric residential program in 2013 at Airlangga University. He is the only psychiatrist in his area which the number of population is about 225,852. His interests are in community mentah health, psychosocial rehabilitation, and consultation liason psychiatry. Addiction has became a serious issue in his work area that affected all aspects from individual to community setting. That is the reason he started to involve in addiction psychiatry. He is a member of integrative assessment team at national narcotics board in his regency since 2014 who runs outpatient rehabilitation program in the hospital. This board also responsible to give education and advocation about addiction. He has joined some trainings in mental health such as psychosocial rehabilitation in Yongin, South Korea and mental health system in Melbourne, Australia both in 2015. In addition he eagerly wants to elevate his knowledge and competency in addiction in order to develop a better mental health service in his work area.
